Till screenshotsen som släpptes för ett tag sen har det även släppts en interjuv.
Någon vänlig själ har tagit och fotat av tidningen och lagt ut så vi alla kan läsa.
Den som hittar något klaga på av vad dom läser får gärna skriva en kommentar och ta ned mig på jorden igen, för visst låter det sjukt bra?

Vietnam: The Experience pre Alpha

Snake man har släppt en pre Alpha av VTE på PMC Tactical Forum.
This is the Vietnam: The Experience pre Alpha 11-23-07 release, it is our third release for ArmA. This release has been done after heavy multiplayer testing and several suggestions and requests from the players.
Pre alpha means that this is very early version and work in progress. Usually the release cycles go from alpha to beta to release candidate into the final release. This release is still incomplete but the earlier versions have been proven on MP to be very enjoyable, this release should enhance the MP even more. We just want to warn anyone who is interested to not get their hopes up, VTE team is not in the business to overhyping their work. This version includes several 3d models that are placeholders; ie they do not work, they are meant to be just placed in missions so when we eventually fix them they are already in.
- There are no normal or specular maps.
- Only three new soldier models.
- No missions or campaigns (except on our dedicated server).
- No shadows on ported objects.
- A "few" errors on arma.RPT file...
The bad list continues.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS UNLESS YOU ACCEPT THAT THIS IS WORK IN PROGRESS.

En polsk sida har lyckats få tag på lite bilder på Operation Flashpoint 2, dvs codemasters uppföljare till OFP och inte Bohemias "Next game" eller vilket antagligen är "Armed Assault II".

BIS intervjuar communityn - Kegetys
Istället för att låta sig intervjuas så har BIS vänt på steken och intervjuar Kegetys. Han har hängt med länge och är känd för sina addons och välgjorda banor.

When choosing the first person I wanted to interview it wasn’t a difficult choice, of all those people past and present who have released addons/mods there is one person who helped shape the past and present of the community, that person is Kegetys, to anyone who has been around since day one of the original Flashpoint demo you cannot fail to know the name and the contribution he has made, to those of you who perhaps didn’t become too involved in the Flashpoint addon scene, or are "Johnny come latelies" to BIS' games then here is an interview with Kegetys which I hope will be interesting and educational to all.

freddern har på BIS forum lagt upp några norska enheter.
This addon contains Norwegian Ranger units in both woodland and desert camo. (It will not overwrite the old Norwegian unit addons, but it is ment to take their place.)
What's New:
- Detaljed Textures
- Matching Normal Maps
- Unit texture uniform seams made realisticly
- Weapons matching the "real life ones" (to a certain degree)
- Two missions showing off the units both in desert, and woodland camo.

For those who are new to ArmA, Doolittle produced some very popular respawn scripts for Operation Flashpoint including CTI missions and he is now releasing beta versions of his CTI system for ArmA.
OFPEC is interested in learning more about the Bohemia Interactive community, and we'd like to thank Doolittle for chatting with us about some of the interesting projects he has going on in the ArmA multi-player world.

Skall upp till Kiruna nu i veckan, vanligtvis har vi på Anrop kört med att en administratör måste aktivera nya användare men prövar nu köra med att endast klicka mail behövs.
Därför kan det bli lite spam i veckan i kommentarer. Skall försöka fixa en lösning när jag kommit hem.

ARMA 2 - Building Destruction

Did they "Gone to graveyards every one"? Or will they be present in the form we have seen them? And if not, why not - is Bohemia deliberately holding them out?

Insurgency hotfix för servrar släppt.

Väl ingen som har en server men det är glada nyheter för er/oss spelare också som tröttnat på lost connection osv.
Det är en liten hotfix, inte så mycke att säga, men värt att notera är att dom rekommender att man spelar på 16 personer servrar för ökad stabilitet. Själv vet jag inte, hellre lite sämre och 32 personer eller 24 än stabilare och bara 16 för min del.
