Fixed problem with document titles sometimes showing file extension and sometimes not.
Added option to show or not show file extensions on all documents.
Major increase in speed of coloring long scripts.
Added other formatting options that can also increase speed if needed.
Added multi-select file dialog for adding music and sound files in the Description Wizard.
Other minor misc. fixes and changes.
