Last week Soviet forces pushed back the Livonian defense forces stationed in the Nadbór region all the way back to the Polish-Livonian border, where the freshly arrived British-German taskforce was able to halt the Soviet advance.
In preparation of the NATO’s offensive, British and US infantry and airborne forces have been airlifted to the enemy's rear where they will disrupt Soviet rearguard and supply units. It is hoped that this will distract the enemy sufficiently that friendly forces can achieve breakthrough and hopefully capture back the Nadbór region.
