Bakgrund Det har gått fyra månader sedan interventionen, säkerhetssituationen har förbättras och privata företag har tillåtits köpa upp oljefälten. Per-E Siah oljefältet har sålts till Nynas AB och Svenska säkerhetsföretaget VRP (Vale Risk Management) har fått kontrakt för att stå för säkerheten. Situation A ) Fientliga styrkor. Inga reguljära fientliga element kvarstår. Populationen är negativt inställd till privatiseringen av oljefälten och missnöjet växer. Två tillbud har skett den senaste veckan mot Nynas AB's anställda och säkerhetsläget har förvärrats. B ) Vänliga styrkor. Den Takistanska Krigsmakten är korrupt och dess fäste över regionen är svag, makten hålls genom mutandet av lokala krigsherrar. Uppdrag Eskortera lastbil med gods till SAGRAM basen.
